Executive Fellows Program

The Executive Fellows Program is a cohort-based program that focuses on individualized coaching for minority business owners looking to grow and scale their businesses. Participants have one-on-one coaching with Subject Matter Experts (SME) in Finance, Development, Operations, and Legal.

  • This is a no-cost-to-you, grant-funded program

Requirements

  • Must be a business in the construction industry or related professional services. 
  • Must have been in business (and registered) for at least 1.5 years. 
  • Must have a revenue of at least $100,000 in the previous year.
