Requirements
18+ years old
GED/HS Diploma
Must be a resident of Illinois
Participant must be a minority or employed by certified minority owned company (MBE/DBE/VBE/WBE)
Participants must have software installed. Software will not be provided by HACIA or Civil Solutions.

Participants can enroll in one or all the workshops in the series. All sessions will be held virtually and in English.
